Martial arts superstar JACKIE CHAN refuses to let professionals clean his underwear when he's staying in hotels - because it's too expensive.
The thrifty Rush Hour star insists on washing his T-shirts, underpants and socks in his hotel suite, and then hangs them all over the room to dry.
He says, "I never take the underwear or socks to the laundry; they charge you $20. You can buy another one (pair)." And Chan's love of laundry means he can travel light: "I just bring two (pairs of) underwear for day and night - it's so easy... It's not about money, it's about discipline."
Chan reveals he likes doing his laundry while he's taking a shower.
This is just too cute, I had to post it ~haha! I mean the guy has a point. Sometimes you really don't want to send your expensive clothes to the laundermat, they're just too careless sometimes. I never send my favorite trousers for laundry, no way! I rather clean them myself than have it lost or someone ruining it.
